In this article I will be looking at ways to help prevent against Coronavirus and others. By using some good common sense practices and also how the use of CBD and supplements can help boost your immunity against Coronavirus.
What is Coronavirus? (COVID-19)

However, some of the strains can be fatal such as SARS or COVID-19, etc. Currently, we are experiencing the COVID-19 outbreak. The virus spread from people to people (mammals to be exact) through droplets that come from coughing or sneezing. You can actually attract the virus from some of the surface or in the air but most likely not because it needs a host to survive.
What Are The Symptoms To Watch For? Know The Difference Between Flu and Coronavirus
The main symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid- 19) are fever, cough and shortness of breath.
The symptoms are most often high fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath or fatigue. So, basically it is a flu-like symptom but what is scary is that it can lead to complications that can progress to pneumonia and multi-organ failure. That has been the main cause of death, it is from an organ failure.

We are currently in a very infectious colds and flu season. If you are sick with one of those does not mean you have COVID-19. There are similarities between all the viruses. Some are more serious than others but they have many things in common like how you can be infected and prevent them.
Nobody likes getting sick but it is an unavoidable problem seeing how we live in a world that is filled with all kinds of viruses 365 days a year. For example, the flu virus is active and strong every single day of the year but most people only get infected between the months of September to April. COVID-19 has only three well defined symptoms, which maybe one of the reasons why the majority of infections have been mild with those not within the high risk factors group. Notice the one symptom COVID-19 has that the flu does not have is shortness of breath.

Wash your hands often and /or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer after touching surfaces that are often touched by others like door handles, counter tops, gasoline nozzles,… Hand wash for at least 20 seconds no less.
Hand Sanitizers Vs Hand Washing
They both work in a different method. Hand sanitizer’s purpose is to kill the virus whilst hand washing is removing the virus out of your hands and down the drain, does that make sense?
However, hand sanitizers can only kill so much germs on your hands, they do not kill all the germs 100%. But, it is the most effective and the most convenient way to kill the virus on your hands when you do not have the access to a sink and a soap to wash your hands.
Hands down the best method is to wash your hands with soap. Sing the happy birthday song while you are washing your hands it takes around 20 seconds.
Avoid shaking hands
It is just for now. Just do the elbow shake instead so you are not exposed to the coronavirus.
Do not touch your face, eyes or nose
This one is hard for me because it is a habit that we all have. Just be mindful and stop the urge to scratch your eyes or nose in public.
Stay away from people who are sneezing and coughing
This is why a majority of people do not get the flu between May to August when our blood is naturally at 70 ng/mL from the sun of the Spring and Summer months. Once the Fall and Winter months arrive, our bodies stop making vitamin D3 and supplementing with it is critical to reach optimal levels.

I do not get my vitamin C from supplements, unless it is part of my daily multivitamin which everyone should be taking regardless. The bulk of my vitamin C comes from the raw fruits and vegetables I like to eat. Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Berries, Melons, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Leafy Greens.

I take all of these on a daily basis as a preventative and to keep my own immune system boosted. I have not had even one cold in over 3 years now.The fact that I am mid age and with a pre existing condition (asthma) that is saying something.
