The Advantages Regular CBD Use

You have heard the buzz and hype around cbd now for the past few years, but what is it and what are some of the advantages to regular cbd use? Let’s dive in and I will point out the main ones.

If you do not already know CBD stands for cannabidoil ,it comes from the cannabis plant but it does not have thc (the stuff that gets you high)  Since the passing of the Farm Act in 2016 they are everywhere. It is now legal in all states and some countries. The rise of cbd can be attributed to a few main factors. The passing of the Farm Bill in 2016 as stated and the discord with big pharmaceuticals with their increasing greed.

What Are The Many Benefits Of Regular CBD Use?

Reduces Inflammation and helps with autoimmunity

CBD is among the best for pain associated conditions and inflammatory conditions. More also, CBD may limit or stop Th2 and Th1 dominance. It is a test of asthma treatment both for Th2 and Th1 as the various reactions are minimized by treatment by CBD. It is one of the best anti inflammatory agents on the market currently, with little to no side affects. Chronic inflammation or CID is the root cause of most common diseases.

Let’s look at the Government’s own patent on CBD:

“Cannabinoids have been found to have antioxidant properties, unrelated to NMDA receptor antagonism. This new-found property makes cannabinoids useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemis, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and HIV dementia. Nonpsychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention. A particular disclosed class of cannabinoids useful as neuroprotective antioxidants is formula (I) wherein the R group is independently selected from the group consisting of H, CH3, and COCH3.”

That’s right CBD is a potent antioxidant!!! It only makes sense that it would benefit those suffering from CID.

Protects Against Neurodegenerative Diseases

CBD has been shown to prevent the harmful impacts of extreme oxygen types and neurotransmitters present in the brain, thus preventing the death of brain cells. CBD is also showing greater results on antioxidant activity then that of vitamin E and vitamin C. A lot of peer review studies have started to show CBD for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease are having extremely good results. Likewise, it may end up protecting the brain, especially in cases where there is the minimization of blood flow. It basically fights free radicals and oxidation within our bodies.

Anxiety and Stress Relieve

This is a big one. CBD helps with stress and anxiety. If you suffer from anxiety, you are not alone, according to the National Institute of Mental Health:

  • 19.% of US adults had an anxiety disorder in the past year
  • 23.4% female’s vs 14.3% males
  • 31.9% of adolescents had an anxiety disorder
  • 22.8 % of adults with anxiety disorders had a serious impairment.

What seems to be a common sign in people with anxiety and even P.T.S.D. is that they have increased levels of CB1 receptors, but decreased levels of endocannabinoids. Taking CBD helps to increase one’s own production of endocannabinoids. Endocannabinoids bind to the receptors, and the appearance of PTSD-like behaviors and anxiety is decreased.

Better Skin Through CBD

If your skin is damaged or irritated, your body’s natural endocannabinoids are there to help. When you apply a CBD infused cream or oil onto your skin it is believed to possibly interact with these receptors in a localized area.

Scientific Reasoning

There’s a scientific reason why CBD is growing in popularity. It has to do with our body’s natural cannabinoid receptors. It turns out that cannabinoid receptors play a host of vital roles within our body. Found in nerve tissue, lung, liver, intestine, kidney, lymphatic tissue, and the spleen, the CB1 and CB2 receptors play roles in our immune system and blood formation functions. Other processes they control include cognition, memory, anxiety, motor behavior, sensory, autonomic and neuroendocrine responses, Glucose metabolism and insulin resistance, inflammatory effects, control of the vomiting reflex, nausea, hunger, and appetite control. This system is also responsible for the pleasure we get from exercise.

Made For CBD

The human body possesses specific binding sites on the surface of many cell types for cannabinoids, and our body produces several endocannabinoids that bind to these cannabinoid receptors and activate them. Together they constitute the endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system plays a major role in the body’s response to pain and injury.

To Conclude:

If you do not fully understand all the scientific research and things behind CBD, that is alright. Our bodies are built for CBD. By adding CBD to your daily regimen it is helping you to gain hemostatis or balance.

Give it a try today. Your body will thank you for it.

CBD Pain Relive Cream CBD Oil

  1. Hey! thanks for such an informative post!

I found it really helpful! I have to say that I had never heard of this product! CBD seems like a really good product to try and I will probably give it a try thanks to you! I am impressed by all of the things that you can do with this!

Thanks a lot! A really good and informative post!

  2. Hi Cathy – About a
month ago I started taking 500mg of full-spectrum Hemp Oil.  Not for
any particular condition but as a preventative measure. I am hoping that
it prevents all of the conditions your informative post addresses. I
would certainly prefer a natural product over a chemically formulated
drug that only treats symptoms. Thanks for this information.

    1. That is wonderful to hear. Yes you can most definitely take it as a preventative. It helps clear out the free radicals, basically rust that our bodies get in daily life. Stress, processed food etc. If the 500 does not do it for you,you may want to increase the drops till you find your sweet spot. Better than pharmaceuticals and chemically enhanced supplements any day of the week.

        1. Thanks for asking. The main one obviously is that you will start feeling better. If you have inflammation particularly for me there was a very noticeable reduction for my copd. My lungs started clearing up and I was coughing less. I take the drops and also the topical pain relief rub for my osteoarthritis, when I started it was 4 drops per night of the 3500 mg for the first 4 weeks with Dr approval and then I went down to 3 drops per night to maintain. The topicals I use whenever needed.

  3. I really like CBD and I have been using it since late last year and honestly, I have to say that it really is a good product for me because I really liked the fact that I could use it. Now going in to explain what it is, it seems like some people out there think that it is wrong to make use of it and I think that that is a very bad misconception. All round, CBD is a good product that is really worth it.

    1. Hello I think you are right. Right now there is a lot of misconception surrounding cbd. With education and informed information that will improve peoples thoughts on this. It does work I use the drops and pain cream both for my issues and I have felt better than in the past ten years.
